SB-15/20 Zener Barrier
The SB-15/20 Zener Safety Barrier limits the power of electrical equipment installed in hazardous areas to a level below that of ignition by the explosive atmosphere.
The device is a set of fifteen 20V unipolar barriers in a single compact, lightweight metal cabinet. Its circuits limit the power of electrical equipment installed in hazardous areas to a safe level even during failures. An extra fuse protects each barrier from high fault current in safe area so that they do not achieve permanent short circuit or need for replacement.
SB-15/20 complies with the requirements of articles 500 and 501 of the National Electric Code NFPA 70-1995 (NEC 500 Standard) and with the IRAM IAP-IEC 79-0 / 11 standards.
Ultra Isolation Transformer
This range of transformers are specially designed and manufactured to guarantee total galvanic isolation between input and output.
This insulation also provides a reduction in the dangers of electrocution to staff from contacts that are not properly insulated.
Not only must certain noise-sensitive equipment be isolated, but noise must also be prevented from causing problems for other sensitive equipment that shares the same network with it.
Finally, the rejection of electromagnetic noise better known by its abbreviation RFI or EMI, which is propagated noise, is added, where it surpasses any filter at low and mid frequencies.
All these characteristics make the TUA the ideal complement to a good earthing of any installation and the best protection shield against electrical noise in most of its forms.
